What is 65Black?
65Black is a self-sponsored reparations initiative that empowers Black communities through daily actions. By dedicating just 65 minutes a day for 65 days, we honor the freedom won in 1865 and build a healthier, more prosperous Black future.

How many black history months have come and gone without transforming our black future. How many barbershop conversations have solved the problems of the free world, but the solution ends along with the haircut? 65Black is one of many efforts to tangibly change the way that we, as black people, act not only towards each other but how we view ourselves. This program is designed to change decisions and build habits and community by loving ourselves through action, spreading love with our words, supporting our businesses, saving our families with our diets and regular exercise, expanding our knowledge, and taking time to connect with our creator intentionally. With 65 min per day with 65 days we can lay a foundation for who we want to be for the next 65 generations.
